Terms:

Payment terms are net 30 days from date of invoice to all accredited customers. All purchases are subject to Quick Spring's Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, as described below and on the Quick Spring quote and invoice. No other terms and conditions apply to any purchase order.All prices are in US Dollars. Quick Spring accepts American Express, Mastercard,Visa and Discover.

Conditions:

Quoted pricing may be subject to review after 30 days from date of quote. There is a quantity tolerance of up to 10% over/under order quantity on shipment.

Pricing:

Pricing is based on based Quick Spring's standard packaging.

Raw Material Certification 

Material Traceability (chemical an/or physical) Certifications are available only on Special Orders at an additional charge. Contact us by phone or email to place an order requiring Raw Material Certfication. 

Certificates of Compliance:

Quick Spring will supply Certificates of Compliance at no additional charge.

Raw Material Certification:

Material Traceability Certifications (chemical and/ or physical) are available at an additional charge.

Shortages:

Claims for shortages must be filed within 15 days from customer's receipt of shipment.

Returns and Restocking:

All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number issued by Quick Spring. Returns may incur restocking charges. Please call Quick Spring Customer Service at 888-450-8590 or 213-205-3170 to obtain a return authorization RMA Number prior to returning any merchandise.

Order Acceptance:

Orders of 100 pieces or less will only be accepted with a delivery date less than 90 days from the Purchase Order date.

Lead Time:

Lead time should be interpreted to mean the period between the date the order is placed and the first scheduled ship date. Lead time quoted is based on lead time at time of quotation but is subject to change at time of order placement. The scheduled ship date will appear on the Order Acknowledgement sent to you after the order is placed.
